Handiscover is an early-stage IT startup backed by some of Europe's leading investors in travel tech and other business areas like HowzatPartners (early investor in Trivago, Momondo, Donkey Republic) and the EIC Fund. We are a truly international team with 14 different nationalities and a rather distributed team.
Handiscover started as a B2C marketplace, building the first community-based holiday accommodation-booking website, dedicated to people with special needs and disabilities. We are currently focusing on building SaaS cloud-based accessibility data and services for B2B and B2G, helping our customers to make their business a more inclusive place.
But that is just the start of the journey you will onboard.
You will be part of the B2B sales team and report to the CSO.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with a demonstrated solid track record for SaaS B2B sales cycles.
You should be genuinely passionate about startups and tech.
As a KAM, you are responsible for the whole lifecycle from outreach activities of new potential customers to closing deals.
What we want you to do
We live a hectic startup life and need to have a solution-minded approach.
The role includes:
Lead generation and qualification of potential customers/segments as well as evaluation of incoming customer inquiries.
Product presentations/meetings with customers.
Create offers for customers and negotiation of agreements.
Feedback on customer needs to the dev team.
Collaboration and project management together with the implementation team.
Experience required:
You are a stable, social business person who likes to maintain a high level of service. You are used to work independently at a high pace where conditions can sometimes change at short notice.
You have worked a few years with B2B sales and in "complex sales" concerning software, SaaS, or similar, preferably as Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
You are not afraid to work high and low.
You are used to challenging old truths and finding smart ways to reach out with limited resources.
You want to drive and are used to taking responsibility and thereby prioritize the work. We believe you are driven by doing business, providing service, and enjoying your job.

Have experience of meeting sales quotas and an ability to provide accurate forecasting
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of HubSpot/CRM systems
Analytical skills and an eye for detail are a must.
Several years of experience in B2B sales in software, SaaS and complex sales.
Experience of, or a big willingness to learn about accessibility/disability is a plus.
Like to bring positive energy to the workplace and your colleagues.
Used to work in a cloud-based environment and you are fully digital and productive from desktop to tablet and mobile
Languages: English, Swedish required
