Job Description

Working in a small dynamic international team located in Malmö and around the world, driving our vision of “enabling disabled to discover the world”. You will be part of our international customer service and quality assurance team and report to the CS & QA Manager. 

Customer Service - You will interact and build unique relationships with our customers to support and drive sales. You will also work closely with our hosts (hotels and vacation rentals).

Quality Assurance - Validate our unique accessibility data with our hosts and continuously update our website. 

Profile

  • Strong team spirit with a passion for accessibility and travel. 
  • Ability to identify, raise and deal with complex travel issues for our disabled guests.
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner and able to make decisions within a limited time frame. 
  • Great communication skills (phone, email, zendesk, social media), easily adapt to the situation and think outside the box. 
  • Detailed oriented and thorough, you will work with sensitive accessibility data. 
  • Hotel/travel industry experience i.e working with Amadeus and Zendesk is a plus. 
  • Fluent in English is a must. Either French or Spanish fluency required.

Responsibilities

CS 

  • Responsible for registering, following up and closing customer errands. You will have direct contact with our guests and hosts to ensure conversion of enquiries and bookings  
  • Working with platforms such as Amadeus and Bedsonline.
  • Evaluate and suggest continuous improvements to the CS - process.
  • Evening and weekend CS - support on a rolling schedule.

QA 

  • Direct contact (mail and phone) with our hosts to gather data and pictures and validate our accommodations accessibility.
  • Update our website continuously with new information.
  • Evaluate and suggest continuous improvements of the QA - process.

Working hours: 

  • Full time
  • Evening and Weekends on a rolling schedule
